HeadshotCam (operated by Nextdio) takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it. If anything is unclear, email us at hello@nextdio.com.

What we collect

• Photos you upload — used to train a temporary model that generates your headshots.
• Account info — email or sign-in identifier from Apple/Google.
• Purchase history — order IDs from the App Store / Google Play (no card data ever touches our servers).
• Usage analytics — anonymous events that tell us which features people use.

What we do with it

• Generate the headshots you ordered.
• Deliver your pack and notify you when it's ready.
• Improve our service (in aggregate, never identifying you personally).

What we do NOT do

• Sell your photos or personal data to third parties.
• Use your photos to train external AI models.
• Keep your uploaded selfies forever.

Retention

Your uploaded photos and the per-user model trained from them are deleted within 7 days of your pack being delivered. Your generated headshots stay in your account until you delete them, or until you delete your account (which removes everything).

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent any time by emailing hello@nextdio.com. If you live in the EU/UK, you have additional rights under GDPR; if you live in California, under CCPA.

Children

HeadshotCam is not intended for users under 13. If we learn we have data on a child, we will delete it.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top and (if it's significant) notify you in the app.
