By using HeadshotCam, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the app.

The service

HeadshotCam generates AI headshots from photos you upload. Outputs are produced algorithmically and may not be perfect. You're responsible for deciding whether to use them.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos you upload and the headshots we generate for you. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process those photos for the sole purpose of delivering the service.

What you can't do

• Upload photos of people who haven't consented.
• Use the service to impersonate someone or generate misleading content.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API.

Payments & refunds

Payments are processed by Apple or Google. If your headshots don't deliver as expected, contact hello@nextdio.com and we'll re-run your pack at no charge. Refunds are subject to App Store / Google Play policies.

Liability

HeadshotCam is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Substantial changes will be communicated in-app.
